christmas decorations great reception comfortable bed super clean room

the christmas decorations created a lovely feel upon arrival! reception service was great. the bed was massive and very comfortable. i slept soundly and found the room to be super clean.

I noticed a slight delay with the lift. It felt a bit clunky.

My room was larger than expected. Breakfast provided a good selection, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel offered complimentary parking, convenient and saved additional expenses. The design was charming.

Upon my arrival, the front desk seemed understaffed. I experienced a slight delay during check-in, needing a bit more attention upon arrival.
